108 is a sacred number. For this Fall Equinox,we use this powerful practice to build internal heat, purify the body,and cleanses the mind, preparing introspection and a renewal of Autumn
•What is the practice?
A sun salutation (Suyra Namaskar) is a continuous,fluid sequence of linked yoga postures synced with the Breath. Repeating this sequence 108 times transforms physical movement into a powerful moving meditation.
•The Challenge & Commitment
Completing 108 rounds is a true test of physical endurance and mental fortitude. As your body builds heat and fatigue sets in,the challenge shifts from the physical to the mind. Which requires deep focus, presence and inner strength to keep flowing. It’s an incredible act of dedication to yourself, honoring where you are in the moment while building resilience for the season ahead.
